About me

I’ve always been fascinated by the inner world of people and human relationships. After studying psychology and earning my bachelor’s degree from the University of Tartu, life took me into the world of marketing. Still, I remained deeply drawn to people’s stories and the dynamics of their relationships. This eventually led me to train as a family psychotherapist and to delve more deeply into how families and relationships function.

Today, I work as a family and couples therapist and as a psychologist, supporting people through complex and challenging moments in life. I believe that every relationship and every family is a unique whole — full of stories, potential, and space for change. In my work, I’m especially engaged by genuine connection, openness, and collaboration — meaningful conversations that help bring clarity and new perspectives.

I am also a wife, a daughter, a sister, and a mother of two, and journeying alongside them has been an invaluable and deeply enriching experience for me. Exploring my own family system has broadened my understanding of how we influence one another in our relationships and how we grow together.

Working as a therapist and counsellor inspires me — it offers a constant opportunity for growth and the privilege of walking alongside people on their journeys. I see the trust and collaboration of my clients as a great honour, and I’m continually struck by the depth and richness within each individual and every family story.

Openness, curiosity, and a positive outlook are values I hold dear. They help create a safe and supportive space where understanding, growth, and change can take place.

Alongside my therapy work, I also offer training, as I believe that many challenges can be prevented when we learn to recognise and address difficult topics with awareness. Meaningful change often begins in the small moments — when there is a genuine willingness to do things differently.
